As for me, I have been a busy little mouse doing all the things a mouse does, like work, paint, and taking care of my high-maintenance cat who, incidentally, shares the name Lily.

When I was little I used to draw girls before and after a make-over, with a line down the middle of their face, like in the magazines and on TV. Why was that so fun? Why is the idea of a white-trash hillbilly turning into a beautiful temptress so intoxicating? Cinderella anyone?
