Garage Men
I’ve been meaning to share my Garage Phenomenon photo which hopefully will be a fun little side-project series just because I run into these things and think they’re weird and funny. Are men born yearning for the garage, that promised land where men can drink cold beers, watch sports, and unabashedly hang posters of voluptuous women in bikinis above a well-stocked mini fridge? Is this space, banished from the comforts of the home, today’s man’s last and only frontier? Well, apart from divorce.

The answer to this question for 99% of males in America is probably yes. But there are some of us that actually like being inside on the couch!
On the other hand, I don’t think men in other parts of the world even perceive their garage as such a blissful little place. I’m inline with them.

I think that this is a dying if not already dead phenomenon. Somehow I just can’t picture the current crop of girly calendars hanging on many garage walls these days. The Victoria’s Secret models can’t hold a candle, or a crescent wrench to the girls who once graced the old Yokohama Tires calendars, though admittedly Megan Fox does look awfully alluring on a motorcycle.
